Scott is a graduate of the University of Alberta Faculty of Law.  His is law practice specializes in representing individuals charged with criminal offenses, with a particular emphasis on  narcotics and impaired driving offences.  Scott regularly appears before the Alberta Provincial Court, Court of Queen's Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal on criminal matters.
